This notice explains how the personal data of users who visit the website of Allegra Combriccola Animazione and use its contact services are processed.
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is D'Alessandri Eventi di Giuseppe Palermo, with its registered address at Via Gobetti 127, 65121 Pescara (PE), VAT number 02259660682, tax code PLRGPP86M23I168A.
Email: dalessandrieventi@gmail.com
PEC (Italian certified email): dalessandrieventi@pec.it
2. Data Processed
The website may process browsing data and data voluntarily provided by users through the contact form, such as first and last name, telephone number, email address, event date and location, type of enquiry and message content.
Users are asked not to enter unnecessary information or special categories of personal data in the free-text field.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
Data submitted through the contact form are processed to respond to requests for information, check service availability, prepare quotations and take pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at the data subject’s request, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Data may also be processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
4. Provision of Data
Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary to handle and respond to the enquiry. Failure to provide these data prevents submission or proper handling of the enquiry. Any optional fields may be left blank.
5. Processing Methods and Recipients
Data are processed using IT tools and organisational measures appropriate to the stated purposes. They may be processed by the Data Controller and authorised persons, as well as technical providers that support the operation of the website, hosting and email services, to the extent necessary for their respective activities and, where required, as data processors.
Data are not publicly disclosed.
6. Retention
Data relating to contact enquiries are retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting pre-contractual or contractual relationships, and subsequently for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the Data Controller’s rights.
7. Data Transfers
If any technical providers involve the processing of data outside the European Economic Area, transfers will take place in accordance with the conditions and safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
8. Cookies and Third-Party Services
The website uses third-party technical services to display fonts and protect the contact form. Loading external resources creates a connection between the visitor’s browser and the servers of the relevant provider.
Cookie for High-Resolution Screens. The website sets the first-party cookie trx_addons_is_retina, with the value 1, when the browser detects a high-resolution (Retina) screen. The cookie stores this device characteristic and lasts for 365 days, renewed each time a page is loaded on these screens.
Google Fonts. The fonts used by the website are loaded through Google Fonts. The browser contacts Google’s servers to download the resources needed to display them. For information about the provider’s processing of data, please see Google’s Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that distinguishes human interactions from automated traffic to combat spam and abuse. The service processes technical signals, including IP addresses and information about the browser and connection. Further details are available in Cloudflare’s privacy notice for Turnstile.
Browser Storage. In addition to cookies, the website and its integrated services may use the browser’s Local storage and Session storage. During the anti-spam check, the entry cf.turnstile.u was detected in the Local storage of the domain challenges.cloudflare.com. The specific retention period for this entry is not stated in the official sources consulted. Local storage does not inherently have an automatic expiry: data may be removed by the service or browser, or by the user clearing site data. WordPress also stores the entry wpEmojiSettingsSupports, which retains the result of the check of the browser’s ability to display emoji, in Session storage for the duration of the tab’s session.
External Links. Links to Google Maps, Google reviews, social media profiles and WhatsApp provide access to external services. When users open them, the privacy notices and settings of the respective providers apply.
Browser Settings. Users can view and manage cookies and site data through their browser settings. Blocking technical resources or data may affect some features, including the anti-spam check.
9. Data Subject Rights
In the circumstances provided for by the GDPR, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the other rights recognised by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR. Requests may be sent to dalessandrieventi@gmail.com or to the certified email address dalessandrieventi@pec.it.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italian Data Protection Authority).
10. Automated Decision-Making
Data collected through the contact form are not used to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the data subject.
11. Updates
This notice may be updated to reflect regulatory, technical or organisational changes. The updated version will be published on this page.
